Began development of soldering iron tips (U-BIT) and heaters (UNI-HEATER). Succeeded in developing the world's first 3mm super fine point thermocouple.


Co-developed and released the Two-Axis Soldering Robot (SOLMAC) with Sankyo Seiki Mfg.Co.,Ltd.


Released the UNIX-511 (MOVE MASTER RV-M1), which was the first model of the Five-Axis Point Soldering series, co-developed with Mitsubishi Electric Co.,Ltd.


Released the advanced "5TPS II" and "UNIX-531E III MOVE STAR KAGAYAKI" integrated soldering robots, which were received favorably by liquid-crystal, communication equipment, and computer manufacturing companies.
